Kaleb Marr: Groomsman

Kaleb is one of my lifelong friends. We met in Grade 2 when we first moved to Cremona and have been friends ever since. We played hockey together for numerous years in Elementary before playing school sports together in High School. Kaleb has been attending the University of Calgary for close to a decade in attempts to become a Doctor, at some point he may actually finish!!

Master of Ceremonies

Steve Palmer: Master of Ceremonies

Steve is the most outspoken and outgoing person I know, what a coincidence I asked him to be the MC. There really is no better person for the job. I also met Steve in University, he was known as the bringer of beer. Steve was the bartender at the local University pub where I spent countless hours studying under his supervision. I had the priviledge of being the Best Man at his wedding in 2005 and couldn't wait to have him play an integral part of my wedding as well.

Groomsman

Ken Cumming: Groomsman
Despite being a huge Vancouver Canucks fan Ken is still a pretty decent guy. We met in my final year of University and have been great friends ever since. We both share a common passion for sports that has lead us to numerous debates and discussions. Ken lives in Surrey B.C. but that has not affected our friendship at all. We manage to see each other once or twice a year. Ken had a huge impact on my life in the short time we lived in Lethbridge and he helped me evolve into an adult in my final year of University. Ken is also getting married this summer and I wish him and Krystal all the best in their future together.

Best Man

Jim Young: Best Man
Jim has been one of my best friends since early in my University life and then well after. We just recently finished living together as roommates for the past 3 years. Jim and I are more than just friends, we are practically brothers. For those of you that know Jim he is just an easily likeable guy who would do ANYTHING for someone he cares about. I couldn't think of a better guy to chose as my Best Man.

Bridesmaid

Aisling Vollmann: Bridesmaid
My sister has always made me laugh with her quick wit and her insanely funny antics. Although we didn't really become friends until I moved out and moved three hours away, Aisling and I are slowly discovering that we have more in common than we may have thought. (Sorry Aisling but its true.) I truly appreciate Aisling for her loving nature, sense of humour, and most of all her charm. There will never be another like her and I am blessed that she is my sister.

Maid of Honour

Rebecca Zac: Maid of Honour
Becca and I met in one of the art studio's at the U of L a few years back. Both of us wanted to get into the education program and now a few years later we are coming out of the program as full fledged teachers. (Becca is a bit stranger in the classroom than I am though.) Over the years Rebecca has been there through good, bad, and truly anxious times, and has always been a pillar of strength for me. I truly appreciate her and am thankful for her friendship.

My Bridesmaid: Lauren Millett

Lauren Millett: Bridesmaid
Lauren and I met in our first year of University. Not only have we both recently completed our B.A/B.Ed degrees together at the U of L, but now we work together at a local Daycare in Lethbridge. Lauren has been a wonderful friend over the past five years and I look forward to continuing our friendship in the years to come.

This is a picture of the Woodcliff United Church that we will be married in on June 23, 2007.
Our Officiant is Rev. Robert Mutlow.
The location is absolutly perfect because Edworthy Park is directly behind it. This will be the backdrop for our wedding pictures.

Apology

I just wanted to apologize to everyone who has been waiting for something interesting to happen on our Blog. I have been so busy with school that I have not had a free moment to sit down write anything. Then when I did have time I forgot our password and was unable to access our blog entirely. My goodness I feel silly about that. Anyways, sorry again but thank you for checking back.
